Support Policy

WPusher only offer support through our support forum, tutorials and documentation.

We only offer support on things related to our themes, and therefor do not help with generel Wordpress support – for that you need to go to http://wordpress.org/support.

We do not offer support on extended customizing our themes. Once you modify our themes or install any third party plugins, we cannot guarantee that our themes work.

How much support

Its a fine line between costumer support and extended support, but we will try to help as much as possible within our limits.

If you need extended modification help, we have a list of affiliated workers, that gladly would like to help.

Bugs

Not the small species that crawl around, but those little mistakes that tend to bug people. We will of course correct them as soon as possible when noticed.
